Local Candidate Filings

Candidates may begin filing November 5th, 2025 in the Hardin County Clerk's Office. Candidates that will be on the ballot for the May Primary have until January 9th, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. to file for office.
Candidates for the offices appearing in RED may file until the deadline of June 2nd, 2026 at 4:00 p.m., but since these offices are not subject to a primary election they will not appear on any Primary ballots, only on the General.
