Public Notice

The public drawing for candidate ballot position will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET in the Fiscal Courtroom located on the third floor of the Hardin County Government Building located at 150 N. Provident Way, Elizabethtown. The date and time are set by law.

The drawing will determine the ballot position of all candidates that will appear on the May Primary Election ballot.  Prior to the ballot drawing, the Hardin County Board of Elections will convene at 1:00 pm.  Both events are open to the public, media, and candidates and their representatives.
